Recently, I changed registration settings in the Dashboard. After logging out, I am unable to login anymore.

I set 'Address' as one of the required fields in Dashboard. When I try to login again, my website asks me to provide additional info (since that information was not set yet for the admin account). The problem is that I am not able to provide all obligated info: I set 'available countries' to Netherlands (since my customers and I live there). Yet, in C5, there are no 'States/Provinces' set for the Netherlands. I believe this causes my login error: I can not select a state/province (from a drop-down menu), while the information is required.

Is there a way to set the information to 'optional' again through the back-end? In other words, what file should I edit in my www/concrete/ directory to set 'Address' to optional?
