Unable to move block

Hi there,
I've been trying to find a little support for our little non-profit sitehttp://xlhnetwork.org
Just below the main slider there is a video of "Chase" that I've been trying to simply move down but he seems to be locked into that position.
There are no edit mode anchor points to select, only one anchor point to the left column.
It's incredible annoying, as I we just want to adding more important content above him.
Would really appreciate it if someone could point me in the direction of being able to edit that column.

Check if you have css like "pointer-event", "z-index" or "transitions" added.
Remove css rules one by one and see if it works. In the past, I had also problems with older addons.
