I deleted it in the */packages/folder.

You can always remove the db values.

Put the package back I'm and uninstall it the correct way

As Sayed in my first post try to reinstall the plug to uninstall it the correct way doesn't work..

I tried to refresh database and now I cannot access the "add functionnality" area..

I get the "An unexpected error occurred Invalid task permission." Error Message

You can find this function in te c5 panel at sitewide settings/Debug/
Refresh database
