Updating from 5.7.3.1 to 5.7.4

Hi,
I have a bug in one of my sites which means I can't edit my blogs. I'm currently on v 5.7.3.1 so firstly I'd like to try upgrading to the recent version, however I can't see that there's an update available through the dashboard.
Can someone please advise how I can go about upgrading?
Thanks
Louisa

Mesuva created a quite handy "how-to" on manually upgrading:

It's only 4 minutes and it covers it all!

Unchecking the System Settings, SEO "Pretty URLs" (re-writing URLs) box did it for me. Then 5.7.3.1 could "see" the available update.
It's probably more so conflicting code or a caching issue that won't allow editing, but to update to 5.7.4; go to dashboard > system & settings > update concrete5.
