Is it possible to give a user the ability to update or clear the cache without giving them full administrative right?
You could use this free add on to have it auto clear itself on a schedule if that works as an easy alternativehttp://www.concrete5.org/marketplace/addons/clear-cache/...
That works great. Do you know if there is an add on that will update the cache?
