Upgraded to 8.5.4 and now the Design - Theme - Customize does not work anymore

Hi
I recently upgrade to 8.5.4 and now when I want to change some color or fonts or size etc., the customize part of the theme does not work anymore. It just does not load.
What can I do to solve this issue?
