Upload Multiple Files Problem...after I tried all this:

Permalink 1 user found helpful
I've been unable to "upload multiple" files for weeks now (both front-end and plain old dashboard File Manager), and it's crippling my ability to edit my site. I've read the forums and tried all I could think of, to no avail. Can someone please help a guy out? :)

Mac G5, 10.4.11
Firefox 3.6.15
Bluehost hosting

I tried:

• turning off Firewall
• turning off concrete5's security
• clearing FF & site caches
• changing Permissions in: "/public_html/files" (and underneath) to 777
• upping MAX File & Post sizes to 16M (each)
• No orphaned/invisible-to-concrete5 files in my db under "public_html/files/..."

I'm probably forgetting a little thing or two, as well.

Thanks in advance!

cheers,
Nick

p.s. Attached: Screen Grab of "Add Files" window hung-up; .rtf file of my concrete5 "Environment" from the dashboard, if it helps.

You might try ftping your files to your files :: incoming folder and try to add multiple from there. Also, check to make sure .jpg (or whatever file extension you have on those files) in included in the allowable upload file types. File Manager :: Access :: Allowable File Types in your dashboard.

Thanks, Steve--I'll go try your suggestions, and post back afterward.

Any idea why this all changed on me?
