Uploading file in filemanager

Hi,
I am using the Amplica theme and installed it correctly.
When I try to upload an image for the image slider I get this error:
Declaration of Carbon\Carbon::setTime($hour, $minute, $second = 0) should be compatible with DateTime::setTime($hour, $minute, $second = NULL, $microseconds = NULL)
How can I avoid this?
Can anybody help me?

this also holds for other themes.
It has to do something with the concrete version I am using it seems.
