Uploading large file

I have read a few different threads in here about trying to upload files bigger than the 2MB limit set.
Unfortunately I don't seem to be able to select the file from within my incoming directory? I can see the file there, and I can click on what I am assuming would be the select all but it doesn't actually set....
Can anyone help me please....

Have you added this file type to the allowed file types in System & Settings?
