Uploading multiple images - Upload Error 404

Uploading 1 image at a time with the File Manager is fine but when I choose to upload Multiple files... 1 by 1 I get Upload Error 404.
How do I go about resolving that?

you may be missing a file on your install
I'm still getting the same error and tried re-uploading the files.

Its a shared server thing actually. I can't do it either
check this from a place who knows:
- php restrictions on shared hosting - unsure if the multiple file upload option works for you? An example of a feature built into concrete5 being incompatible with a shared hosting environment.

I was getting the same problem uploading files and getting same error when using multi file upload. I discovered that my files had "'" apostrophe in the file name as soon as I removed them the files uploaded no problem.
