URGENT access problem

Hi, I really hope someone can help.

I have a site which is not allowing users to access the dashboard. When they fill in their username and password they get the error "Page Forbidden. You are not authorized to access this page. Back to Home."

The website still shows but the dashboard can't be accessed. The worrying thing is that only the main Admin user (me) can enter the dashboard and I've already had the lockout message on Safari. It's still working on Chrome for now but I'm worried I'll get locked out there too before I find a solution.

I've cleared the cache in the Dashboard and have deleted browser cache will no change.

The site is using 5.6.2.1 and Site Access says "Your concrete5 site does not use the simple permissions model."

Any help VERY gratefully received.
Thanks.

The answer is in the question: "Your concrete5 site does not use the simple permissions model."

You have 'advanced permissions' enabled.

You will have to manually give access to certain people/groups or turn 'advanced permissions' off.

I had some tables in the database deleted by mistake and then I used the backup to restore the database however I still get the error:
Page Forbidden, You are not authorized to access this page.
Back to Home.

Can anyone help me as my main company page is down, it is really serious and I need urgent support even paid support is OK but I have to get online again fast.
