***Urgent Help*** Paypal Button Not Working

I have added a couple paypal buttons to my site and no matter how they are arranged the very first one goes to the screen you get when you dont have a correct username and password. I have never had this happen before, I tried hardcoding the buttons on the template, rearranging buttons and no matter what the first one always goes to the error page and I even made a duplicate of the buttons I put on there in another block just underneath the top block and they work fine. The site is on 5.4.2 and I have created another page and the same thing happens. I would give a link but it is on a site that requires permissions but the code is straight from paypal. the site is set for advanced permissions, could that have anything to do with it?
For some reason the Login Function at the top of the screen was interfering with something with the first button because once I took that out it began to work again. I dont know what the issue would have been with the Login and the Paypal button but if someone know an answer it might help someone else down the road.
