User cannot approve stack

I have a sub-admin user group set up and they can edit stacks and the contents of the stacks. But for some reason the approve button is not present when they make the edits. An admin has to approve the changes. I have looked around for ages in the permissions for both a specific stack and the global blocks & stack permissions.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Note: I have advanced permissions enabled.

Thanks

Hi andrewhawkes,

I found your thread here. Have exactly the same issue. Editors can edit and add stacks. But the approve-button is missing. So changes are not visible.
Did you found a solution for this?

regards, roland

As workaround: I noticed, that if editors have access to versions of stacks, they can approve their changes by calling all versions an marking the newest as 'approved'.

I have see this in the bugtracker:
http://www.concrete5.org/developers/bugs/5-6-0-2/approve-stack-butt...

So it seem's to be a bug. Hope it is fixed in a next version. Meanwhile I will try to implement the bugfix as described in the comments of the bugtracker-link above.

Hope this will help,
