user ID Password not recognized to edit webpage. Email for password reset never comes

How do I contact anyone at Concrete 5 to get help to reset my password? I never receive the password reset email and yes I have checked my spam/trash folders.

I can't edit my webpage!!!

Is your site hosted at concrete5? or Do you have ftp or cpanel access?

Its not hosted by concrete5 and I do have ftp and cpanel access although I have tried accessing via that option and I am frankly out of my league when it comes to using those choices.

OK got it figured out, it wanted my User name not my email address!
