Using Drop Down Menus with the Jacket Theme

I just won the Jacket theme for most karma last week! Yeah!

Now I want to use Jacket on my site, but I can't figure out how to tell it to use drop down menus as shown in the demo. Can some one point me to some sort of documentation that will show me how to do this? Thanks in advance!!!
