Using Opera >= 9.5 (TinyMCE Fix)

I've discovered a problem with Opera >= 9.5 and TinyMCE 3.09 which is used in C5 currently. It renders the text editor quite useless.
It's fixed in the newest version of TinyMCE and I've backported the fixes.
