Using the forms block

Is there any way to have two separate form 'questions' and make you have to choose one or the other?
Both need to be required but you can only choose one and when you choose that one the other is set to no by default?

But the radio sets only seem to apply to the one question.
I can't seem to link the two questions together to have one negate the other if chosen.

i need the same exact thing you should put a feature request in c5 cant do that right now unless you do custom code

I love the simple setup of the form block but this is one aspect that is pretty common with forms.
I actually surprised this hasn't been built in or addressed.
Well, I guess I'm off to the feature request...
