Versions Approval Notification

Hi

Is there a way to set the admin to "alert" the admin users of pages that are in unapproved mode i.e. draft pages?

I also need this functionality without having to have my developer custom build it into the core. I've read through all the other threads regarding "approval notification" and it appears this does not exist.

Please confirm this Concrete5?
