Vertical Superfish menu question

Hi,
I've bought the superfish menu and am really pleased with th easy way it can be used, but I really need it to be able to live on the right hand side of my pages and subsequently display sub-menus to the left.
I've found a few things on the net but given the integration with c5 a lot of what was suggested hasn't worked.
Any help much appreciated.
