Vote correction on survey

I set one vote per registered user.
I want people to be able to correct their vote if they change there mind.
Is it possible for login user to change their vote?
After voting there is a message "You already vote" but the user cannot change is vote once done because the choice selection disapeared.
I would like the user to be able to see what he vote for when he login back again and be able to change is previous choice, or if he mistakely vote on wrong button.

There is a button "Sign in as User" in the account edition page (under the members dashboard page) that can do that :)
I don't see it (but i'm using french version and I don't see where to change language).
I only see a disconnect link.
And I'm not sure if you understand my question?
