want to change the "/file" directory to an other place

The server's root directory can't be writable,but provided a Memcache service instead.Before install concrete5 ,some directories(such as "/file","/config") should be writable . I want to change these directoties to the Memcache place ,how to fix the code in order to adapt this change.Need your advices,thanks a lot!
