Way to refresh the core pages?

While dragging and drop migration files the single page account ended up in the home/account folder. I was unable to change the URL to the file. So I thought if I delete it I could add it back through the single pages page. Is there a way in 8.5.2 to refresh the core in the database? or through the site?
