Weird Editing Bug- Can't insert links or pictures

Hi,
I've come across a strange bug where I can add content (text) but then if I try to add anything from the Add Content screen (like an image or hyperlink), the new screen that opens up duplicates my site in it. The site in the new screen is fully editable. I've attached a screenshot of the bug- any ideas would be greatly appreciated!
