Weird Error Message

I have worked with Concrete 5 for almost 2 years and have never seen an error message like this (image attached). I have tried replicating the error but I can't do it even with other computers and using other browsers. From what my client says is that the error appears when she is adding a link to a PDF on one particular page. Anyone have any advice on what might be causing this error?

Which version are you using?

5.4.2.1?

5.4.2, haven't checked out 5.4.2.1 yet. If we upgraded do you think it would take care of it? It is difficult because I can't duplicate the error.

So you and client using 5.4.2?

Did you upgrade from 5.4.1.1?

Is there something weird in file name, (I know that sounds weird) but C5 would not let me upload a file called 'buzzard.jpg'

I have no idea why, so I changed it to bird.jpg and it worked?

Bizarre!!
