What is the ad-on that is free and gives you more font choices?

I have it on one of my sites but can't figure out how I got it. That site has so many more font choices when I go to add block then content.
Well this is probably your typography.css file that is causing the additional fonts.
how do I get that on both of my sites?

Well you need to use something like font-face then modify some css.
Is the toolbar in your Rich Text Editor (like in the Content block) otherwise the same on both sites? It may be that you're using a different toolbar set up, which you can change in Dashboard > Sitewide Settings.
