What is the best addon for Form with File Upload

Hi,

I am needing to add a basic contact form where the user can also upload their resume and have it emailed to the website owner. What is the best form add-on for this. I have found Extended Form so far....

Any help is appreciated.

The standard C5 form block does allow uploading a file and storing it to a set in the file manager. Would that be sufficient? There's an option to email the response to the administrator -- I don't know if this would also email an uploaded file.

How can I get the standard form block upload feature to upload a file that is 50M? I keep getting the "Oops, something is wrong with the form you posted (it doesn't have a question set id)." error on any file larger than 2M.
