What is this --> Global+Scrapbook ?

In concrete 5.4.2 if I add something to the Global Scrapbook I get a third scrapbook naming the same as the global one but with a "+" sign between the two words....

For what is this Scrapbook? I couldn't find any info about it anywhere, somebody knows?
