When I am on development mode the web site is OK, but in Production mode the website appears different

I am modifying our website and I have to provide some mofifications
1. The appearence in the development mode is not identical to the appeareance of the producctio mode.
2. the Navigationof the navigation is not similar in the develoment and production mode.

If anybody can help ?

Are you referring to differences when you're logged in versus when you're not logged in? If so, these are often caused by permissions, or by javascript files that are only loaded when logged in.
