when pressing: add functionalities button in my dashboard an error occurs

Everytime I try to go to the section 'add functionalities' (install add ons and themes) a large error occurs; lines of text starting with:
Warning: opendir() has been disabled for security reasons in /home/c5host/msm_versions/100611/concrete/helpers/file.php on line 45
Then several lines with different numbers, both me and a friend have tried entering from 4 computers and with different accounts and it happens everytime (since yesterday).
I would like to be able to connect a different theme, so can anybody please help me out here?

THANKS for the resply! Well I am using the instant demo version in their own cloud, but as they say it should be fully functional... Are you suggesting I should write out my Q somewhere else? I can hardly imagine I am the only person with this problem, since we tried fixing it/working around it on several computers...
