When trying to log in to a 5.4.2 site, explorer /firefox and chrome say they cannot display the page

I can look at my site, but when I try to log in, explorer says it cannot display the web page.
I tried re-setting the password and when I go to the page to re-set it and log in - in my case http://www.mysite.co.uk/index.php/login/change_password/aTUCyeu9KjZ...
The exact same thing happens. It makes no odds which browser I try, they suddenly all do the same thing.
Any ideas??
