Where did my page go?

Hi. I am a COMPLETE noob at web design and I'm actually quite impressed that with all my other knowledge of computers and computer functions that I was able to "Break" concrete within 10 minutes! LOL!

Here's what happened. I renamed my default "Blog" header to "What's On My Mind". No problems. Then I went to reconfigure the page layout. When I got there I noticed that the "Blog" page type was factory set to the "Right Sidebar" template. When I switched it to the "Blog Entry" template, it flashed, said it was completed and then would only display a blank white screen. There was way for me to re-access that page to edit it as there was nothing visible ON that page anymore. I noticed that the two pre-set page extensions were still accessible via the "Search" feature. Well, I accessed each blog extension page and deleted those pages. Once I did that, now whenever I try to open the "What's On My Mind" page (It's still visible in the page lists) I now get this internal server error:

"Internal Server Error

The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request."

Now, the rest of the site works completely fine it's just that one page. If you go to petergouldphotography.com and click on the "What's On My Mind" link (Which by the way still shows as "http://www.petergouldphotography.com/index.php/blog/" even though I changed the page name) you will see the error that pops up. ANY help in fixing this would be GREATLY appreciated!

I'm sure it's something simple that I have over-looked and I'll feel like a complete idiot when I find out what it is. LOL!

do you know how to find the apache and php error log? those would be very useful for debugging this.

NO. I don't. Where can I find that.

Mnkras: Never mind. I was able to successfully delete the page from the Sitemap. I was double clicking with no luck, and when I single-clicked on the page, then the edit options appeared.

I STILL don't know what caused the problem in the first place but that's just an academic concern for me right now. THANK YOU for your willingness to help though. :)
