Where is the CSS file to edit

I'm trying to find my css file to edit in... I've found all the regular css files that came with the Concrete program. I'm looking for the css files that contains all the new pages that I added. I want to go in and change the font size..

I think you might be getting your terminology mixed up a bit.

New stylesheets aren't created for new pages, you really just edit the /themes/themename/main.css file to change the appearance of your website.

(where themename is the name of the theme you currently have activated)
