Where the heck is my 'Upload' button?

I just noticed today that I can't upload any files to my site because my upload button is gone on my file manager page. Did something change in the new version 5.4.2.1 that I'm not aware of?

Any quick help is appreciated. I need to update with new graphic ASAP.
