where can i edit survey block html?

the survey block is too narrow when put in the side bar (set to 45%) so the answer text wraps too much.
unfortunately the styles are inline so i need to edit the html, but I cannot find where to edit it?
any pointers?

Franz,
As you know already, I'm a TOTAL php/css noob.

How do I make a custom template for a block? And where do I install it?

I'm having TWO problems that I think this solution would cure, but I either haven't read it yet, or its just not there, and my eyes are getting bleary! (again)

Problem 1 (which helped me discover this discussion): A survey in a site, the width isn't working correctly in the sidebar and the % sign is running into the label.

Problem 2 (for which I have spend COUNTLESS days searching for an appropriate solution) I have installed Superfish, but I'd like to stylize the menu to match this one (sans the jpg underneath)

I'm thinking that there MUST be some way to replace the css or template file somewhere... but I wouldn't know WHERE to start or HOW to edit the html/php to make the different levels act appropriately.

However, I AM willing to learn!
Here's where I've gotten so far with just a basic css menu from the cssplay site listed above.

I would settle with just being able to make the drop downs DROP STRAIGHT DOWN and NOT do that freaky thing its doing spreading out into a 2x2 box!

Let me go back to learning code the hard way - experimenting!!! LOL
