Editing (v7+)

Which file to edit?

I am currently using the 'Sapphire' Theme...which is Awesome...but I would like to make a couple mods to the theme..but when I go to the 'theme' folder, it doesn't show in there...where can I find the files I need to mod for this theme? 'default'? wanted to ask instead of messing something up...
