I went through my old concrete site (seperate provider) folder by folder, moving it *carefully* to a new home. I had to start with a new install, and just replace files.
I've replaced everything that I can see, and yet - same old default concrete content!! egads! heh
Which files actually have my *stuff* specifically the index page and subsequent pages? :)

there's a MySQL database associated with your website. That's where the content for your site (except for images) lives. You need to export the database and import it to your new hosting environment.
