White labelling Logo & cache button

Hi,
Just a little post to ask 2 things to the core team ^^ and hear from the community.
1/ Actually, with the new version 5.5.1, we can define background image in dashboard. Great!
It would be nice if we can do the same with logo at the top left.
2/ When cache is enabled, we need to go dasboard > system settings > clear cache > click clear cache button.
It would be nice if we have a shortcut "clear cache" button in the toolbar next to Dashboard button, no ?
