White Page on New Page Creation

Hello everyone! First, I would just like to take a moment and say how absolutely amazing I think Concrete5 is as a CMS and Website Builder! I have worked with most of the major CMS and Website Builder programs and C5 is, hands-down, the easiest and most powerful I've come across.

Now, on to my issue.

I've just started working with C5 over the past two weeks and have tried 2 different C5 installations (one on a primary domain and a second installation on a sub-domain of the primary domain as a test environment) and the problem I've constantly run into is when I attempt to create new pages either via the sitemap or directly from in-line editing.

URL of the page I am working on:
http://www.chaseyourgoals.org

Here is my process beginning from a clean install:

1.) Log in to my Bluehost Account
2.) Navigate to Bluehost's Mojo Marketplace
3.) Install Concrete5 via Mojo's automatic installer
4.) Navigate tohttp://www.chaseyourgoals.org
5.) Log in as admin
6.) Navigate to Dashboard -> Full Sitemap
7.) Click "Home" and select "New Page"
8.) I name the page and click "Save"
9.) If I try to navigate via the home page auto-nav all I get is a blank white screen.

Is there anything I'm doing wrong or should do differently??

Thank you in advance!

If you are referring the 'tools' page, then I think it must be because it's a reserved 'C5' word. Try changing the name or try a new page with different name.

I was able to replicate the 'white page' and by changing the name the page rendered normally.

That worked! Oh wow, I feel really foolish now haha. Thank you for the assistance! Is there perhaps a list of words like that which can't be used for menus and such?

Thanks!

Generally no, but some words in programming and in this case 'tools' are.

You do not have 'pretty urls' activated, so your path became:-http://www.chaseyourgoals.org/index.php/tools/,... which is a C5 path to... index.php/tools.

Thank you very much! I enabled Pretty URLs and now everything works perfectly and it looks fantastic! I really appreciate the speedy replies! They make my job much easier.
