Won't let me connect to the community

I was able to connect a few months ago on this site but when I go to connect to community to install a new add on and type in my user name and password. I get an error saying you must specify a site name and also it needs to be 64 characters? I don't have this issue on either of my other sites? Ideas? Launching this website next week and need to get this going asap.

Same problem here. Says it needs a site name and it needs a token that is 64 characters. Also says it needs me to solve a CAPTCHA, but doesn't give me a problem to solve.
