writing at the bottom of the page

Hello
Can someone please help me with this:
On the bottom of each page of my website is the writing that says the name of my website, copyright, and is where you click to sign in to edit the site. however, on my homepage this writing appears at the top, and no matter what add ons i put on the page, and try to move above this, this still appears at the top of my page, and looks really scrappy can someone help with this?

Sounds like you have two templates?
At the bottom of your home page template do you have this
Thats where the site name, log in etc comes from, It might be in the wrong place.
