WYSIWYG Editor Missing after 5.2 Upgrade

Greetings. I recently updated my c5 install to 5.2. Whenever a user goes to edit a content block, the WYSIWYG editor is no longer available and only a small edit box shows... Has anyone else seen this?
Probably a file got corrupted in the upload? Something similar happened to me--in my case the Edit screens werent working when editing in-context so I just re-uploaded. That seemed to work.
I'd LOVE to bypass the stupid WYSIWYG. TinyMCE is giving me fits!
