Recently we went mobile (http://sourcegraphics.com/) friendly a couple months back but in that transition something happened where all the YouTube links that were placed in the "Product Attributes>Video Links" area are currently not showing the video on desktop or mobile (just the url of the link) and it is a problem throughout the entire site on our product pages.

Also during this transition a majority of the PDF thumbnails that were uploaded through Product Documentation are now being shown, just the url of the link as well instead of a thumbnail.

Please help.
