I removed some block cos I didn't want any inline CSS and fixed it in the main file. However, some BlockStyle comments are still in the code even when there are no blocks?
Any ideas why?

Might be nice in a future release if we could add a layout when you edit a page types defaults. Right now you can add a block or paste from a scrapbook but the layout options are not there.
