For some reason the Site logo is missing and has changed to the default text of my site name. When looking at the header.php I get the following:

Files and how they're stored
Can anyone explain why the files folders in C5 are set up the way they are? Is there any benefit of creating loads of sub-directories to store files rather than just having one main folder (like in Joomla)?
