Why does the file manager only list image files? I can't find any other uploaded files, not even with search! Example: PDF files that are supposedly uploaded are missing.

I have a page with both vimeo and zoom image. My problem is that vimeo always gets on top of everything else, see attached image. I tried to add z-index to vimeo and zoom image but it didn't work or I didn't do it right.
