Followed your steps and removed both tokens and exited PhpMyAdmin, but the connect button isn't viewable in the Add Functionality, and I'm still connected as before but unable to access the marketplace.

The basic block template file (http://www.concrete5.org/files/14981212950798basictest.zip) has been corrupted and will not open inside winzip. Can someone replace it or point me to another copy?
