Five-Pack purchase button not visible in new marketplace

the five-pack purchase button is not visible for my theme in the marketplace, even though when I edit the theme I can see the price for the 5-pack.

Cannot update the marketplace theme thumbnail

I've tried replacing my theme thumbnail for the new marketplace, but it doesn't get updated.
Is this a bug? Should I report it somewhere?
