Which part controls the add block
Does anyone know what script or js file controls the add block functionality. basically the bit that pops up and says add block(attached pic for clarity. then opens the dialog box with all the blocks in it.

edit properties not saving; encryption warning
In attempting to save changes made in the properties dialog box, I will get a encryption warning then the spinning icon forever. The changes are never saved. Any idea as to what might cause this?
