Why C5

I have been using Joomla to develop sites for some time and generally it does a good job. Is C5 to be preferred over Joomla? Why?

What kind of webmail do you get with a C5 hosting account?

I'm currently running several C5 sites on Lunarpages hosting services. It's OK, but sometimes slow. They provide Horde and Roundcube webmail. I was wondering what kind of webmail the C5 hosting offers and also how the speed of the sites are.
