Defaults editing

I am having a problem with editing page defaults. It seems only the super user can edit them but not the users in the administrator group. Is there something I am missing or could this be a bug?

Google Tracking

I have entered the Google tracking code into the tracking code in sitewide settings. it is producing no stats what so ever. This is a site that had 150 visits per day before c5 conversion, so I know there is traffic. Any thoughts.
